Properties and Uses:

JS-B306 series high efficiency silicone additive for wetting demanding substrates, effectively improve the performance of dust and mist particles tolerance, particularly suitable for coating vertical surfaces thicker coating leveling. At the same time, it can reduce the sensitivity of the influence of wood and furniture coatings on substrates of air flow, enhancing the directional performance matting agent. 
JS-B310-based heat-resistant silicone additive, unlike conventional silicone additives, at 150°C -230°C between no thermal decomposition. When recoating baking systems, no loss of adhesion and defects occur. Used in coil coatings, can effectively migrate to the back of the silicone membrane. 

Scope: the JS-B306 are common to all solvent-based coatings, particularly (alkyd, acrylic, polyester) amino paint, epoxy floor paint, UV light-cured paint. JS-B310 is suitable for coil coatings, electrical and metal coatings, can coatings, industrial paint category.

Dosage: 
the JS-B306 dosage formulation according to the total amount of 0.1-1%, can be added at any stage in the production process.
