Designed for unsaturated polyester system

Application:
JS-V966 is especially designed for unsaturated resin system which requires adding filter such as aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and even natural stone-powder. In the stratum system with filter, such as PVC material, pipe material, and sanitary ware or artificial marble, JS-V966 is capable of strengthening the coupling properties between the filter and resin, reducing the viscosity, increasing the filtering volume, strengthenomg intensity, water-resistance, and when used in pigment and filter, it presents special infiltrating and dispersing results.

When used in producing the atom dust, JS-V966 is designed for dispersing of filter, improve the polishing properties, and upgrading the products.
 

Properties and strong point:
JS-V966 is designed to reduce the viscosity of unsaturated polyester system, and thereby increase the filtering volume to its maximum. It is distinct in coupling, and small in consumption. In addition, it is capable of enhancing the dispersing ability of filtering material and pigment in the resin system, while dramatically decreases or eliminates the sink, and has special low subs moistening capability to the thick filtered material.
 

Recommened consumption: Account for 0.5%-1.5% of the filter
How to use: JS-V966 should be well-mixed with resin before adding the filter.
Packing specification: 50kg paints plastic barrels and 200kg plastic-linered barrels.
Storage and shipment: After opened, it is necessary to reseal to avoid the contamination of water and dust.
